We have Efficiency, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments that are HUD subsidized (rent based on your income). Laundromat is on site, off-street parking, playground and a ball field are some of the amenities we offer here at Miracle Acres. Our office is staffed Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, Thursday 9am-7pm. We are located off of Rt. 817 (old Rt. 35), west of St. Albans, across from Rhodes Brick and Block. We are a Multi-Family Section 8 housing property. Rent is based on 30% of gross income. Rent would between $25.00 - 887.00 maximum. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. Tenant is responsible for their own electric. Rental and electric assistance available. All persons over 18 years old applying MUST have a valid Photo ID or Drivers License. All applicants will go on a waiting list the day of the application interview.
