This is a newly remodeled one-bed apartment on the lower floor. With assigned covered parking and laundry onsite. Grocery store within walking distance along with two fitness centers. The Valley Mall and Walmart are about two - two and a half miles from the apartment. You have STA stops within a block or two. This is a quite apartment complex located in the heart of the Spokane Valley. The renter is responsible for electricity, cable, phone, and internet. The management covers water, trash, and sewer. Xfinity is available in the area at the renter's expense. The lease will be for one year, then month to month. Any drug-related or violent criminal activity in the past will result in a denial. Proof of income will be required to pass. Security deposit, first month's rent, and last month's rent are required. We are willing to work out a payment plan for the last month's rent. A complete background check is required with, a non-refundable fee of 55 dollars for all applications. Small pets are allowed, with a per pet fee of 15 dollars / month.
