Resident pays for electric (heat) and water. High speed internet is available for $30/month. Pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis. Our pet policy requires a nonrefundable deposit of $250, and an extra $25/month/pet will be added onto your rent. Dogs that bark throughout the day/night violate lease terms and will not be permitted to remain on the property.
