Property Id: 1234306 Woodland Village has Cottages, Townhomes, Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living Apartments and Memory Care. We are a third-generation family-owned and locally operated company with deep roots in the Northwest. Included in rent within the community are three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, utilities including cable, scheduled transportation and a variety of activity programs. Meal plans and cable are available in the Cottage and Town Homes for an additional fee. All of our care programs are a la carte so residents and their families are able to choose from a menu of services rather than residents having to conform to a point or level system. The care plans are in addition to the base rent and we complete an assessment with residents prior to them moving in to determine care costs. The prices are dependent on what kind of assistance is needed.
