The apartment that is available now is number two not number eight. This small unfurnished apartment is ideal for Western Carolina University students. It is located less than a mile from the university. We do require a year lease with first and last month rent plus a $200 security deposit to move in. The apartment is 300 square feet, the living room and bedroom are each 8'X11'. The kitchen has a stove and refrigerator. The floors have recently had new laminate flooring put in. The $550 a month includes water and sewer but does not include electric or internet. Being so close to the University there is plenty of available internet service and a good cell phone signal. The are no laundry facilities . But a new laundromat is open in the building in front of the apartments. This is located in a brick building along with 7 other apartments. It is limited to strictly one person only. Absolutely no animals of any kind are allowed. $550 a month includes water and sewer but not electric. 1 year lease. First and last month rent along with $200 security deposit to move in. No pets allowed. Rent does not include internet
