Ability to pay rents on time using online payments or bank deposits. 3. Employed and making at least two times the rent a month. 4. Has a cell phone to be contactable. 5. Polite, respectful and responsible. We don't want to deal with rude and disrespectful manners. Owner pays for water. Tenants pay gas and electricity. First probational lease is 6 months only and will be renewed for 12 months with the same terms and conditions past the probation period. Additional security deposit is required for those with credit score less than 600. For pet policy, we can accept pets with an admission fee of $200/pet and $20/month.
