Our condominium is located in the heart of the medical district. A short walk to restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. This historical home was built in the 1820s but has since been converted to condos. This unit was updated in Fall 2021 with new flooring, furniture, and fresh paint. Located downstairs, guests enter the unit via the living room. Open seating area and a television (streaming services only) complete this space. The full kitchen features stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, and fridge. Fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. Initial supply of coffee, sugar, and creamers onsite but additional supplies must be provided by guests. The spacious bathroom has a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom includes a queen bed and walk-in closet. Ample storage for our monthly guests! Unit occupied until - no showings. All utilities included (electric, water, internet). Washer and dryer in unit. One off street parking space available. Pets (dog) ok with fee ($100 per dog, 2 dog max). $125 cleaning fee. Available 2/6/2024.
