800 square feet 2nd floor apartment unit with 2 bedroom, a kitchen, and bathroom. Freshly painted with fridge, and oven. Turkey hill across the street. Friendly neighborhood with street parking. Everything is included except for rent and electric. Apartment unit is second door on second level. Tenant is responsible for rent each month plus electricity use. Owner is responsible for water, gas, heat, and trash. Any damages tenant is responsible for. First months rent ($800) and security deposit($800) of $1,600 is due at signing. If any damages are done to property then not guaranteed security deposit back. There is street parking. Landlord is not responsible for parking tickets. No smoking inside the house. Pets are allowed $35 fee for each pet. An changes to property must tell landlord. May not use property for anything other than renting for yourself. Landlord is allowed to do inspection upon letting tenant know a few days ahead of time. Washer and dryer not included. There is a laundromat across the street. AC unit not included. Fridge and stove/oven are included.
