The Spa at Port Royal Sound is the closest resort to the water's edge on the entire island. Celebrated for its great offerings of on-site amenities. There are 3 pools, spa, sauna, fitness, tennis, and basketball. There are BBQ grills, a beautiful lagoon, and a play area for the children. The Spa is located on the quiet North end of the island with easy access to the airport and the mainland and the fly-over expressway to get to Coligny Plaza beach and shopping. Adjacent to the resort is the historic Mitchellville Park. We just completed several renovations this summer including new marble showers, all new appliances, etc etc. There are smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room has a DVD, and Apple TV. The primary room is an en-suite with a King bed, the second room is an en-suite and has a Queen and Twin bunk above. The home boasts many additional luxury features like Highspeed Wi-Fi throughout Breville kitchen appliances Nespresso coffee/espresso maker Tessan smartphone charging stations throughout 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon. Towels and linens are included and are of high quality and high thread count And, a fully provisioned kitchen including cookware, bakeware, and drinkware. Note: The pull-out sofa is excellent for children and probably not suitable for decerning adults. Rentable for January 2024 - March 2024 ONLY Monthly rent plus local taxes, and cleaning fees All utilities are provided for free.
