There is a brand new in-wall AC/ Heating unit installed in July 2018 in the living room and a second newer AC/Heating unit in the bedroom installed in the summer of 2022. Both work amazing. Brand new 75 in smart T.V. with all utilities included, including Wi-Fi and Direct TV. We have a wonderful in ground outdoor seasonal pool which is located down the stairs from the unit. (Pool is Currently under renovation ), The building houses a wonderful restaurant out front named Myrna's. No car needed for a wonderful dining experience.
