Located in Highland Park, Highland Cliffs is a smaller apartment community consisting of 12 one-bedroom apartments. Much of the building has been renovated with granite countertops and grey vinyl flooring. Each unit comes with a washing machine, dryer, and microwave. Highland Cliffs is located within walking distance of Highland Park Golf Course and Racquet Club (membership or day passes needed), many parks, and Rojo. A short driving distance will take residents to Piggly Wiggly Clairmont, St. Vincents Hospital, Lakeview District, and Forest Park. Helpful Info: *$75 application fee for each person on the lease (Requirements: 640+ credit score, income of 2.25x monthly rent, no evictions) *If a co-signer is needed, they must fill out an application as well.
