One-bedroom studio on ground floor of two apartment building. This building sits to the rear of the property, with a 3-floor apartment in the primary building at the front of the property. The entrance is via a walkway on the left side of the primary building. The bedroom includes a closet. The kitchen has a small dining area, a pantry, a dishwasher, stove, fridge and a combined washer and dryer. All utilities are electric, which the tenant is responsible for including 20% of the monthly water bill. There is only on street parking. There is a small patio underneath the deck next to the apartment entrance. Note: current pictures are right after cleanout, with some drywall patching and painting to be completed before month-end. Pictures will be updated after work is completed. Estimated move-in date ready by December 1. Showing note: available 11/14 and 11/15 evening to show, then after 11/24. Initial lease is for one year, not automatically renewed. If we don't agree to new lease terms before the initial one year is over, tenant will be required to vacate. One and a half month deposit required for first year, with half month deposit returned if tenant stays past one year. No smoking or pets are allowed, except service animals with proper paperwork. Tenant is required to contribute to shoveling snow along walking path to their entrance and to assist with moving trash and recycling bins to/from the curb. Salt pellets will be provided by the owner to assist with eliminating slip hazards during winter months.
