Rent includes basic utilities and snow removal. Looking for month to month rental or okay for a longer term. One months rent required as a deposit. Owner pays basic utilities, including electric, internet, basic cable, water, sewer, and snow removal. Owner would prefer a minimum 6-month lease. Dogs are okay if they are well behaved and trained.
