This is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1,200 sq ft apartment right in the center of the Park/Monroe area. Whether you are visiting Rochester for an extended period of time or looking to get to know the area better before settling into something permanent, this is the perfect place to temporarily call home! Enjoy being at the center of everything with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Close to all major highways, 6 minutes from the grocery store, and a short 10 minute drive to the University of Rochester, 15 minutes to RIT. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing can be found less than 10 minutes away if you like the snow! The large bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a twin-sized daybed that can be expanded into a dual queen or two separate beds. The apartment and kitchen are fully furnished; there is space available in the basement should you need additional storage. This is a one month, TEMPORARY sublet. Looking for a subletter from mid-January to mid-February; rent can be prorated. Rent includes an off-street parking spot, in-unit laundry, and all utilities (water, gas, electric, internet). Income requirement is 3x the rent; minimum credit score is 625. Security deposit = one month's rent. Full credit and background check required prior to lease signing to ensure we continue renting to responsible, respectful people. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. No smoking is permitted on premises. We will request a full background and credit check prior to any lease signing.
