There are only three remaining historic buildings near campus originally designed for 1-bedroom apartments, and this is one of them. The apartment has a large separate bedroom (w/ 2 west-facing & 1 north-facing double-pane windows, & 2 closets, one of which is cedar lined), a large living room (w/ 3 south-facing windows), kitchen (w/ 2 west-facing windows), full bath (& a west-facing window), a study carrel under a flight of stairs, and a long interior hallway suitable for a bookcase. Interior doors are original five-panel (with original glass door handles), and there is picture railing in both the living room and bedroom. The apartment gets lots of light, with its many windows facing south and west. Just outside the front door is a porch that is one of the best people-watching locations in town!
