The unit has an attached 2-car garage, Central A/C, vinyl plank flooring, carpets in the bedrooms, granite countertops, laundry hook-ups (washer/dryer not included) small fenced-in yard. 2 pets max- dog/cat only- pets require $300 non-refundable pet deposit 30-minute commute to Stateline/Lake Tahoe. Rental is in C.C. Meneley Elementary School, Pau Wa Lu Middle School, and Douglas High School school districts. Landlord covers trash and water (up to 10,000 gallons) Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, and internet. Must complete a rental application which will include previous landlord references and employment verification as well as a $25 credit check. Please do not disturb current tenants. No smoking is allowed anywhere in or on the property due to respect for the attached unit. Dog waste clean-up is mandatory on a weekly basis. Must maintain renter's insurance for the duration of lease.
