All of this, yet we are in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy nearly 1,100 SQ' of living space in your private oasis! Washers and dryer's are provided in your own laundry room. Private garage, complete with garage door opener. Cooking will be a breeze with plenty of counter space and a great breakfast bar for entertaining! Expand your living space with your own private balcony or patio! Master bedrooms on our 2nd floor homes feature a walk in closet large enough to handle all of you storage needs. Our homes are freshly painted our custom colors and have new carpet. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, with updated lighting throughout. Professionally landscaped grounds and plenty of green space make our complex a relaxing and beautiful place to call home. Our dedicated maintenance staff is on site during the week, and available 24 hours for emergencies. Our homes currently rent for $1350 per month. Paid water, trash, and sewage. Residents pay for electric, internet and cable. Our refundable security deposits are $250.00. Your pet is welcome at The Willows as well. We allow 2 pets with a combined weight of 60 lbs. (Breed restrictions do apply, please call for additional details) Pet fees include pet rent of $25 per month per pet, $250 per pet non refundable pet fee, a $75 DNA profiling fee (dogs only), and a $75 carpet inspection fee at the time of move out.
