Please Note: These apartments are NON Smoking and NO Cats or Dogs. These apartments are in a great location close to many necessities. Grocery store, Post office, 2 banks and credit unions, Library, college, hospital, Dunkin, all within walking distance. Tenants Pay: Sign up for Electric and cable (Internet). Pay $85.00 per month for heat and gas. We offer subsidized heat and gas with our rentals, (we pay part of the heat for you)! Huge savings for you especially with today's energy costs. Pay $25,00 per month parking. There is a $150.00 processing feed upon acceptance prior to signing of lease. Please note that many of our units have similar layouts and different appointments such as flooring, paint colors fixtures etc. That being said the photos depicted may not be the exact photos of the unit available but they are representative of the units as a whole. Rental requirements: Employment / income verification along with Credit and background checks required for all applicants along with a good current and past rental referral. First months rent, and security required. A $300.00 prepaid cleaning fee, prior to move in is required. Please note all of our apartments, buildings and grounds are NON Smoking. Sorry but no cats or dogs allowed. If you say you have an ESA or a service animal you must inform us at prior to or at time of application, be able to show proof need along with supplying a request of reasonable accommodation. Supply us with all necessary required Dr. paperwork at time of application. Also if an actual service animal, its certification through an accredited service animal training organisation reconsidered by the state will be required to be supplied prior to signing of lease. Small caged or tanked animals are ok. Please note, We do over the phone in person interviews prior to sending out applications to make sure there are no deal breakers for you or for us and neither of us waist a lot of time.
