This studio apartment is located above the detached garage on the property. It's located just three blocks south of the Benson strip in a lovely neighborhood. It has hardwood floors, a kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a balcony with some of the best sunset views in the city. The apartment comes with a space in the garage, as well as all utilities paid. It may be small, but would be an excellent apartment for a student or minimalist. Owner lives in house on property and pays for utilities. Internet is shared, but if speed is not adequate, the renter will be responsible for their own. A parking spot in the garage is included. Laundry not included. Pets not allowed, unless there has been prior discussion. No smoking or illicit substances allowed on property. Disclosures: **The owner has a large dog, who is often in the backyard of the property, where the entrance is located. Owner also has a couple chickens on the property. If you aren't an animal person, this may not be the place for you. **The owner uses the other garage parking place and often leaves in the early morning. It can be loud in the apartment when the garage door lifts and closes.
