Hi! We have a private suite for rent in an all-females shared house. This is the nicest one in the house! You get your own large bedroom plus your own living room and your own private bathroom. There are two shared kitchens in the house that you are welcome to use. All utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent price. Your suite has its own electronic combination lock and you can enter from the common area or from the rear yard. The house is very large and currently there are 4 other females in the house, each with their own separate rooms. It is located on Allegheny Avenue, right near the Temple Medical School and two blocks from Broad Street. 10-minute subway ride to Center City. This unit is on the first floor with direct access to a rear patio. The house has a large common kitchen on the first floor and a second common kitchen on the third floor. Washer and dryer on site. Requirements are 3x rent to move in (first, last, and security), income must be 2x rent, co-signer okay, 1-year lease or longer, no evictions, must have responsible financial life, must have clean criminal background, no pets, no smoking.
