We are a small condominium complex in a gated community featuring a pool and spa in a country backyard setting that runs along Mussel Slough teeming with ducks, geese, koi fish, etc. The spacious units feature vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, carpeted Living, Dining, Hall, and Bedrooms, and vinyl planking in Kitchen, Baths, and Laundry. Included is a full sized two car garage attached to the condo making it convenient to enter the property, the garage, and then step into the condo. Small to medium sized cats and dogs are welcome but limited to only one pet per condo. There is also a one time $500.00 deposit for the pet. Owner pays for water, sewer, and trash. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. See description regarding Pet Policy. Rental agreement is month to month and tenant is required to maintain occupancy for one year or forfeit their deposit.
