Cozy cabin located just outside of the West Entrance of Glacier National Park in Columbia Falls with easy access to skiing at Whitefish Mountain 35 minutes away. Property is furnished and includes an electric range, microwave, mini-fridge, gas heater, ceiling fan, TV, roku, bed frame and mattress. Laundry machines are available in a shared laundry room with 3 other cabins on site. During the winter the property is plowed and sanded. Utilities provided by owner. Lease is Month-to-Month, automatically renewing unless written notice is provided to Owner 14 days prior to monthly period end. Month to Month Rentals are only available between October 1st and April 31st. Minimum stay is 30 days. A monthly cleaning fee of $55 is assessed in addition to rent and Owner requires guest to allow a cleaner access at the end of each monthly period to clean the cabin. Cabin is furnished with the exception of Linens and Towels.
