Our home is in a rural community close to a hospital and services. We are offering the entire lower level with a private outside entrance and parking in an adjacent metal building. The lower level has large daylight windows with a beautiful view of rolling hills. The property sits on over 250 acres of farmland and is adjacent to Merganser State Recreation area. One Year Lease required. Terms of the lease will be reviewed annually. Lease includes the entire lower level of the house with the exception of the mechanical room located on the lower level, as well as the patio area outside the exterior entrance. Tenant and owner will have access to the mechanical room. The interior entrance to the lower level from the upper level will be remain locked at all times except in the case of an emergency. The owner will properly notify the tenant prior to entering the lower level for maintenance of mechanical equipment. All utilities are shared with the owner living on the upper floor and are paid by owner. No smoking. No pets with the exception of a dog owned by the owner. First months rent and a security deposit of $750 are due at signing of lease. A cleaning fee of $250. will be retained from the security deposit upon end of the lease Apartment will be available December 1, 2023 Tenant will share the driveway with the owner and have access to one parking space inside a metal building adjacent to the driveway. Tenant will be responsible for cleaning the interior of their area and immediately reporting any item needing repair or maintenance to the owner.
