Two bedroom apartment in Cheektowaga, NY fully furnished utilities not included - Utilites covered by tenant - Snow removal and salting walk ways responsibility of tenant - No long term guests (more than one week per month). If you have anyone living with you that is not on the original lease, you will need to get prior written approval. If you approval is not granted you will be in violation of the lease agreement if you have any additional people living on the premises. An additional guest will cost $400/month with a maximum capacity of 2 tenants. - Access to a shared common back yard space - Basic maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant. Any maintenance on heat, hot water, roofing, windows - Washer/dry provided but if damaged or broken, they will not be replaced. - Renters Insurance - Damage to any of the furnishing will be at the cost of the tenant to replace. - On street parking - Fully furnished - Balcony is not accessible for use in this unit - One bedroom will be locked and secured until it is emptied by the homeowner who is out of town. - Any gatherings on the property need to be approved in writing by the landlord - No smoking of any kind on the premises and no animals allowed of any kind on the premise
