The resident understands that a quiet atmosphere will be maintained at all times and agrees that conversations, stereos, televisions, video games, etc., must be at a volume that cannot be heard by neighbors. Building common areas are kept quiet. Between the hours of 10pm and 10am the resident and guests shall be ESPECIALLY CONSIDERATE of the peace and quiet of their neighbors. 2. There is to be no painting, decorating, or fixture replacement, without approval of the landlord. Also: no locks may be added or changed without permission. 3. Yard and grounds: No game playing, gardening, or congregating is permitted. 4. The resident understands that the term NO DOGS means the tenant will not keep any dog on the premises nor have pets "come to visit." 5. Resident is advised to obtain personal property and liability coverage ("renter's insurance"). We do not insure personal property against hazard or loss. 6. Damage to grounds, apartment, fixtures, and appliances resulting from misuse by resident or their guests will be corrected by management AT THE EXPENSE OF RESIDENT. 7. Security deposit can not be used for last month's rent. Remit final month's rent: Thoroughly Clean Apartment (including professional carpet cleaning), and security will be promptly returned! Furniture, etc. left as trash will be subject to removal charge per County Waste. 8. Your apartment must be kept clean and in good repair. No rubbish or recyclables can be accumulated in the apartment or on the porches. Any plumbing, electrical, or general problem must be reported immediately. month to month rental with a 60 day notice.
