Welcome to Treehouse, a beautifully renovated apartment home just blocks from all of the fine dining and entertainment that Mainstrasse has to offer. Each of the bedrooms is approximately 16'x16' with a bonus room on the third floor that would make a perfect yoga studio, game room, or maker space. There is a full bath and laundry on the first floor and a half bath on the second. The kitchen/dining/living area on the first floor is large and inviting. The apartment also comes with one off street parking spot. This space was a pleasure to design and one of the units I am most proud of! Please email with any questions or to schedule a showing! Landlord pays for sewer, water, lawn maintenance, and trash. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric, internet, and other services. We are pet friendly! in addition to the terms in the lease a $300 per pet deposit and $25 per month/per pet fee will be calculated into the final lease. The standard term of the lease is negotiable but are usually written three years at a time. I understand that life changes, and have never faulted a tenant for breaking a lease who was willing to give notice of a few months and work with me to market the apartment prior to going. The apartment comes with one off-street parking space. Apartment is non-smoking, including all forms of tobacco, incense, vaping, or marijuana. We take pride in the spaces we offer and smoking in the unit will result in forfeiture of the deposit and termination of the lease. Tenants are responsible for taking the bins to the curb, picking up after pets and parties outside, and maintaining the property in a respectable manner. Notifying me of serious mechanical or livability issues will result in their prompt resolution.
