This unit has a private entrance and no shared living space with either of the other units. Property is located blocks from SCSU and the Beaver Island Trail, off of the Mississippi River. We require first month's rent, last month's rent, and damage deposit in hand before any lease is signed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Water and sewer is included in rent, but tenant must pay electricity. Cats are accepted, but NO DOGS. NO EXCEPTIONS. No smoking/vaping of any kind in doors. If you smoke outside, you MUST pick up after yourself. There is a private lot that can accommodate up to four tenants. For tenant use only, with no additional charges for parking. Section 8 vouchers will be considered.
