This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath furnished property that also offers families or couples with access to community amenities such as golf, clubhouse, pool, gym and much more. The condo also has a washer and dryer, all linens, kitchen supplies such as pots/pans, coffee maker, and much more. Tenant must sign lease agreement with management company. Terms are month to month with option for 3 months or longer. No subleasing allowed. Small dogs welcome with extra cleaning payment of $200 and refundable security deposit after checkout. Owners pays for utilities including wifi, power, water, trash service. First months rent plus pet/security deposits due upon lease signing and monthly thereafter. Any late rent will incur 10% penalty after nonpayment of 5 days.
