If you're booking happens to be during the "First Friday" of the month then you're in for a treat. All the local vendors set up shop downtown. Local musicians are dispersed throughout the streets while you stroll exploring the many talented artist and their exhibits. Don't forget the cream corn ya'll. Less than 2 hours to the beach! What a great day trip! Sea world, Six flags just a hop skip and jump. Within 30 minutes. Another fun filled day or two. Here for work? The commute to the city is least busy with the least freeway interchanges. Everything at your fingertips. All 15 - 30 minutes away but when you want your peace and quiet time, come back home to Quiet Suburbia. Take a dip in the community pool. Go for a nature walk. Siesta in the fenced back yard. I love my brand new home with all new furnishings in the guest rooms and I'm positive you will as well. Rooms are stocked with coffee maker, coffee, creamer, suger, mini fridge. Pool towels in addition to the provided bath towels. Smart TV, WiFi access. Guests with have their own pool card. Exercise equipment in shared space. Other than the shared laundry room the whole front of the house is yours! As close as you can get to your own entire space without having to pay an entire space price! Shared laundry, kitchen, living area ( which the landlord rarely uses). Landlord works full time and has an active lifestyle. Otherwise, resides in the master room located in the back of the house. Rooms can be rented together like an apartment.(preferred) Also, more privacy that way. Or separately (will have to share bathroom). Ask for pricing for separate room rental.
