All prospective tenants are subject to pass a credit, background, and eviction history screening. Tenancy At Will (month to month, with a 6-month minimum contract). To move in, are required first/last month, and $100 as a security deposit. Tenants are responsible for utilities, such as gas, electricity, and the water&sewer is $30 per person.
