Rental History: We will verify rental history and contact previous landlords to ensure that tenants paid rent on time and followed the lease agreement. And no evictions within the past 4 years. Exceptions to this criteria may exist under the law and will be considered. Background Check: We will conduct a background check to verify tenant identity and ensure they have no criminal record. Employment Verification: We will verify employment status and income by contacting the tenant's employer. References: We may ask for personal and/or professional references to assess tenant character and reliability. Pet Policy: 1 small dog/cat No smoking of any kind. This is a NON-SMOKING building.
