The Lofts at Inspired Commerce is a residence for discriminating professionals that value a rich historical setting, well-designed living spaces and cultivated surroundings. We are looking for a minimum of a one year lease with option to extend to 18 months to lock-in rent. First month's rent (or pro-rated amount) due along with security deposit prior to move-in. Security deposit is $1,400 which includes refundable $30 key FOB deposit. Each key fob is $30. Rent includes trash and water. Tenant pays electric, gas and internet.
