Coin-op laundry and a large storage locker for each apartment are on site. Your pet cat is welcome for a additional, fully refundable security fee and no "pet rent." Sorry, we are unable to accept dogs. This location is fantastic. The Miller Valley, Miller Park, and downtown Milwaukee are all quick and easy to get to, as is the charming village area of Wauwatosa which features numerous restaurants, shops and businesses. In just a few minutes you can hop onto I-41. The Medical College campus is within 10 minutes. Three large grocery stores, including Outpost Natural Foods, Metcalfe's Sentry, and Metro Market, are within 5 minutes by car. The Washington Heights neighborhood is highly desirable; walk just 2 blocks south to Vliet Street to the Times Cinema for a first-run or classic film, dine at the Highlands Cafe; enjoy coffee at Valentine Coffee Company or gelato at Cold Spoons. Vliet Street features an incredible assortment of shops which sell unique items, many locally made. Our building has been family owned and managed for many years, and our on-site caretaker has been in residence for almost 20 years.
