Great location in the desirable Fulton Heights neighborhood, only five minutes from I-196 and less than 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and just down the road from the Medical Mile which includes DeVos Children's Hospital, Spectrum Health Hospital, Cancer Research Consortium of West Michigan, Lena Meijer Heart Center, Michigan State University College of Medicine, Grand Valley State University's downtown campus, Grand Rapids Community College, Aquinas College, St. Mary's Hospital, Mary Free Bed, and Van Andel Institute. These are spacious studio, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments featuring vinyl plank flooring throughout living areas with carpet in the bedrooms stove, dishwasher in some units, above-the-range microwave in some units, trash, and recycling are included in the rent, and the resident is responsible for electricity and gas with a monthly $20 water fee. We are pet-friendly, with no weight or breed restrictions! Our qualifications for approval are as follows; income is 2.5 times the monthly rent or higher, pass credit, and criminal background checks through a third-party company. There is an administration fee of $75 per applicant. Anyone who will be living in the apartment over the age of 18 needs to complete an application. In addition, there is a holding fee of $250 to take the apartment off the market. Once approved it is applied towards the regular security deposit of one month's rent. It is refundable upon cancellation within 72 hours of approval. The security deposit amount is based on credit approval. EHO Maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, sewer, trash, and recycling are paid for by the owner. Water is a flat monthly fee of $20. Off street parking is included in the monthly rental rate.
