This is a second floor apartment is currently fully furnished and has an updated bathroom and kitchen. It includes new appliances, tile bathroom and lots of natural sunlight. There are newly installed heat pumps for great air control (cool and heat). Although there is lots of natural sunlight, we have blackout curtains in the main bedroom for those professionals needing to sleep during the day. The second bedroom includes a desk and bed for a roommate or guest. All utilities are covered, including internet. There is laundry in the basement and we make space in the driveway for parking bands. This also a smoke free building. We have tenants sign a lease between a 3-6 months. However, we would consider a longer lease agreement but it wouldn't be furnished and utilities would be separate and the price would be reduced.
