Our beloved condo is available for long-term rentals. This unit is located in the old Nathan Clifford School, built in 1909 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The school closed in 2011 and was turned into high-end modern condo units that include historic features such as wooden built-ins, chalkboards, high ceilings, and large windows. These charming features are complemented with a contemporary open lay out and modern appliances. Our unit is 306, or on the top corner or the last floor. We like to call it the "penthouse." It has a nice view and the morning sunlight. Location: Oakdale, close to restaurants, arts, culture, baseball, Deering Oaks Park.
