This apartment was completely renovated with all new appliances, new flooring throughout, new bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, and freshly painted. The rent is $1800/month and heat and hot water are included, tenant pays electricity. If you are an animal owner we take them case by case for an additional fee of $50/animal per month. Please let us know what kind of animal and what breed if possible. We prefer tenants to have satisfactory rental history, good credit, and stable income. We have an application where we will do your references and income verification. If that is satisfactory we would then ask you to do the background checks which is $30/adult for criminal/credit/sex offender. If that's satisfactory you can move in with your Security Deposit of $1800 and first month's rent. Apartment is ready now :) Owner pays water/ sewer and heat /hot water
