This 422 square foot multi family home has 1 bedrooms and 1.0 bathrooms. This home is located at 99 East Ave #1, Norwalk, CT 06851 Dear Valued Guest, We are delighted to have you. In an effort to maintain standards, please expect housekeeping to enter your room for a mandatory inspection every Wednesday. We will also like to inspect the inside and outside of our microwave if you would be so kind to make sure it is clean. If you would ever like housekeeping to clean your room, please let the front desk know 1 - 2 days ahead of time. For a $45 fee we will change the bed linen, supply new bathroom towel set, dust the room, sterilize the bathroom, clean the toilets, and replenish the toilet paper and tissue paper. Please keep in mind additional supplies and linen are not included with your discounted rate, and there is coin operated laundry in the lower hotel level. Toilet paper is also available at the front desk for $2 per roll. We are happy to do this for you if you call us for a special arrangement. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know. We always look forward to serving you.Friendly Reminders Regarding - Trash Smoking Prohibied & Inspection Mer Smoking Prohibited - please report smoking Dear Valued Guest, Norwalk Inn is a smoke free hotel. This is a friendly reminder that all rooms in hotel are smoke free and punishable by a $200 fine. If you smell smoke please notify the front desk immediately as second hand smoke is dangerous and we wish to maintain a safe, clean environment. Electronic cigarettes are considered smoking in Connecticut and are also prohibited in the hotel. Please maintain at least 20 feet distance from the building if smoking outdoors and dispose of the cigarette in a smoke fee post. TRASH REMOVAL Friendly Reminder Regarding - Trash in Hall Protocol Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for choosing Norwalk Inn for a long term solution. We are delighted to have you. If you could avoid placing trash outside your doors or in halls at all, it would be appreciated. For sanitation and to reduce labor cost we request you hand deliver your trash bags to the dumpster by the kitchen loading dock, anytime. If you find the bin full, or difficult to place your bag inside, please leave it near the bin, as we will be periodically checking outside and can load it shortly after. We will do our best to check the halls in the meanwhile to make sure they are clear. If you see trash, also feel free to call us and let us know.
