This is the perfect solution for someone just moving to the area, in between selling and buying a home, only needing temporary housing, or can be a long term rental solution as well. Lease terms are flexible ranging from as little as 1 month all the way up to 12+ months. All furniture, linen, and kitchen supplies are included but utilities are not (they can be included for an additional flat monthly fee though). No smoking or vaping inside the house. Pets considered.
