Our impeccably-furnished second floor condo is located in Colony II at Oyster Bay Golf Links. The community is located just across the street from the Inter coastal waterway and ocean beyond. The Colony II offers fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tub. Nearby: Calabash is just a few minutes to the south. This village town is famous for its many seafood restaurants. North Myrtle Beach is eight miles to the south. Here you can enjoy live entertainment, countless restaurants, dancing, amusement parks, shopping and much more. Conveniently located close to shopping, dining, golf courses, Sunset Beach park and boat ramp to the ICW. The Condo is fully furnished and equipped. Enjoy the comfort of your stay with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. It offers bright, open rooms with high ceilings. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with double sinks and a full shower with seat. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. The second bathroom with shower and tub is located in the entry way by these two bedrooms. A washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board are also available. The sofa in the living room also converts to a queen-size bed to accommodate a maximum of eight people. The living area has two double french doors leading to the veranda, a 49 inch flat screen HDTV, games, and books. The dining area seats six. The kitchen is inviting and opens to the great room separated by a bar and two bar stools. It is well stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes, silverware and and glassware. This non-smoking Condo is maintained and rented by the owners. We are very excited to offer you a nice, clean and relaxing environment to rent.
