Beautiful light-filled, FURNISHED apartment is available for sublease in the heart of Logan Square from January 1 - April 30. EARLIER MOVE-IN possible (as early as December 1) About the apartment: I am subletting my beautiful, bright, fully furnished 1BR apartment in Logan Square until April 30th. The apartment's interior is minimalist, modern, and thoughtfully put together. It includes plenty of storage, a stationary home exercise bike, a porch, a TV, and an adjustable sitting/standing desk. The apartment features hardwood floors throughout, plenty of daylight and on-site laundry. Please note that there is no option to renew this lease. The monthly rent is $1800 and COVERS water, gas, electricity and internet. A security deposit of $800 will apply once the lease is signed. I rearranged the living room since I took the pictures so you'll 2 two different setups in the pictures and you're welcome to arrange it however it best suits you. About the building: This well-taken-care-of courtyard building features a gorgeous garden with bench, communal storage spaces for bikes and boxes, and a coin-operated laundry room with washers and dryers. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. About the location: The apartment is located in the heart of Logan Square with easy and convenient access to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The Blue Line and Milwaukee Ave with plenty of options for entertainment and shopping are only a 3-minute walk away from the apartment while the apartment itself in positioned across the street from a park on a quiet, peaceful street. A park with a playground is right outside the apartment. How to apply: Each tenant will pay $75 for a background check (required by the landlord) Is this place right for you?
