There is a small fenced, grassy area for pets. The building is right around the corner from the red line stop at Berwyn. It is about a 2 min walk to the redline stop, 4 min walk to Jewel, 6 or 7 min walk to Mariano's, and a 10 min walk to the lake at Foster Beach. We are also very close to Asia on Argyle and often walk over to the restaurants. My favorite is Immm Thai. It's about a 15 min walk to the famous Green Mill lounge and several other spots in the Edgewater and Uptown neighborhoods. The apartment has a ton of windows and light (3 windows in the main bedroom), central heating and air conditioning, a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, and a lot of closet space. The second bedroom is very small, but has a full closet and a large double window. It makes a fantastic office (which is how I used it) or would be a good child's bedroom. I think only a twin bed would fit in their comfortably. Also, there is a storage locker available on the ground floor at no additional cost. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Water is provided by the apartment community. Storage lockers on the ground floor are free to use. The initial lease is a 6 month sublease for $1640/month which ends on May 31st, 2024. You will have the opportunity to renew the lease to start on June 1st, 2024 for $1725/month. There is a one-time $150 pet fee for cats or dogs.
