Sanctuary has its own private entrance, WIFI, cable TV and comes with linens, towels etc. Sanctuary accommodates 3 people with a queen bed, and a roll out bed. It is air-conditioned and has its own washer dryer, galley size kitchen with, built-in microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. There is a queen bed, a washer and dryer, a fridge and an induction stove top at the apartment. There will be salt and pepper as well as laundry detergent etc. If something is missing, please let us know as soon as possible and we will replenish it. Located in the leafy and safe and close in Palisades Neighborhood, Plush offers fine dining, casual restaurants, and regular conveniences, such as Starbucks, UPS, convenience store/deli, yoga studio, post office, and a pharmacy. For families with children of all ages, the public Palisades Community Center/Playground offers sport fields, tennis courts, a skate board area, a playground and for toddlers a seasonal waterslide, and is only a block and a half away. Within easy walking distance there are two convenience stores and a fine wine store, the local library, just steps to access to the beautiful hiking/biking Capital Crescent Trail and the historic C&O Canal (which can take you all the way to Pittsburg PA), the Potomac River, Fletcher's Boat House and so much more. Georgetown University, American University, George Washington University, Foxhall Campus, The French and German Embassy and Sibley Hospitals are all within a two-mile-radius nearby. Restaurants we suggest with some in walking distance: Bistro Aracosia, rated 5 stars featuring vegetarian cuisine. Call for reservations. We allow quiet pets, under 30 lbs. There is an additional fee for pets and all pets must stay with the owner when the owner leaves the home.
