It has high ceilings, ceiling fans, blinds on all windows, tile and wood floors, and a double headed shower with tub. This unit has central ac and gas furnace heat plus all appliances come with the apartment including gas stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer units in private lockable garage/shed. There is a covered front porch and a back yard that would be great for grilling or other outdoor hobbies. We do not leave you wanting for a thing!
