Renting our second floor apartment only. This is a one bedroom/one bath/ living room/dining room 1,100 sq foot apartment with a 675 sq foot flat roof. This is a 15 minute walk/5 minute drive to either St. Luke's Hospital or Downtown New Bedford. Ideal for a medical professional at the Hospital or someone working downtown. The property has a new heater/bathroom/front porch. We offer off street parking for one vehicle alongside the owners vehicle. We have a washer and dryer or you can bring your own. Also, we are amenable to doing the wash for a tenant at no extra charge. Renter would provide detergent/fabric softeners. We would do the rest. Totally flexible on the option taken. Pets allowed but no snakes or large dogs please. Maximum 2 dogs or cats, but no extra charge for them. The second floor apartment opens out onto a nice flat roof. Renter pays for heating and gas/electric. One year lease with front and back rent. Security deposit is 50% of one month's rent.
