But room for 3 cars . ** There is a small one bedroom one bath unit in the front of the house that is completely separated from the main rental . no one is occupying this space, it is only used by the landlords for storage and occasional stays by a family member once or twice a year . Would consider less than 6 months , with a minimum of 3 months , for an extra $50 per month , deposit would be the same . Non smokers are a must , no smoking in the house whatsoever. Renter pays all utilities, we have a high efficiency furnace and central air . Renters are responsible for snow removal / shoveling . We will cut the grass . Must provide renters insurance Must provide information of 1 years worth of on time rent or mortgage payments and employment information.
