Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove is provided. - The guest bedroom is spacious with able closet space. - The master bedroom is also spacious with built-in casework, a 8'-0" closet, and a private bathroom. - Both bathrooms are very clean and come with a bathtub, sliding glass doors, and marble countertops with countertop bowl sinks. BONUS: There is also a big patio adjacent to the dining room with expansive sunset views that can be enjoyed. Condo Unit Rules: - Absolutely no smoking. - No pets allowed. - Promptly clean up any messes made and report any stains or damages created by you.
