This is a handy man special 2bd 1bath mobile home. It needs some roof work but other than that it wasn't in too bad shape. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful manufactured home community in the Sak section of Anniston, 5 min to Walmart. Good school district. Application fee is $50 per adult. You need to make income that is 3x of rent. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. If you plan to rent it out, you don't need to apply. Tenants pay electricity and trash. Water/Sewer/Landscaping included in rent. Water and Sewer will be billed back to tenants at a later time. 2 pets maximum. One time $150 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. For rental, $400 per month if tenants maintain the home. For sale, $3750 cash purchase or $750 down, $250 a month for 18 months (lot Rent additionally $250 a month). Need first month payment plus down payment before moving in.
