AVAILABLE NOW - DEC. 16TH. I am traveling for 3 months and so I am subletting my studio apt. from Dec. 16- Feb. 29. I will consider renting it for shorter term but would ideally like to find someone to rent it for the entire 3 months. I am leaving it fully furnished so it is move in ready. This is perfect apt. if you want an amazing short term rental in an ideal location in Boulder. I love my studio apt. (inside and out). The house was built in late 1800/early 1900's and it still has much of its' original character. It has 11 ft high ceilings, original molding, original hardwood floors, 2 porches, and a huge backyard. The floors were recently refinished and the kitchen was thoughtfully remodeled to maintain the original character. It has a retro yellow sink, all new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and lighting. It has a 20 in. gas stove that works great if you like to cook. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. In the front room an original plaster and lathe wall was left exposed which is stunning when you walk in. The front and back porches make the space feel bigger and allow you to enjoy the outdoors. The front porch has a seating area where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee and watch people walk by and the backyard has a private, peaceful porch that looks out into a beautiful, large backyard. The other amazing feature about my apartment is its' location. It's located 2 blocks from Pearl Street which the pedestrian friendly street that has unique shops, amazing restaurants and lots of things to do to entertain (live music and theater venues, buskers, bookstores, etc.). You are also located near the bike path that has over 50 plus miles of paved paths that weave throughout Boulder and up the canyon. Perfect for biking, rollerblading, skateboarding o just walking or running. There are also many hiking trails nearby that you can walk or drive to. There are several small parks in the neighborhood and a playground directly across the street. Also close to many necessities including 4 grocery stores, banks, dry cleaners, etc. The location is convenient for everything you want and/or need in Boulder. There is lots of free parking on the street right in front of the house and if for some reason it is full the adjacent side streets are also free. If you are traveling without a car the location lends itself very well to walking or taking public transportation to and from the house to access shops, restaurants, entertainment, necessities (grocery store, etc.). $1,850/month. Prefer a mature, non-smoker. Will consider small, well behaved pets for additional pet deposit of $200. There are 3 other apts. in the house. All are rented out long term to quiet, working professionals. Lease term is 3 month (Dec. 16 - Feb. 29). Will consider shorter terms during this period but 3 month is ideal.
