It's perfect for families looking to spend the winter months by the sand. Local attractions nearby include Thomas Donuts (must visit), Pier Park, and the Carousel Market. On the property, you can lounge in the pool or play shuffleboard on one of the many courts! This condo is available for a 1-4 month lease in the off season (November-February) Tenant pays utilities, with a $150 per month. This unit is PET FREE and SMOKE FREE - no pets or smoking are allowed due to HOA policy. Starter linens are provided, and any maintenance will be done by my onsite team - please send me a message and I will send someone out within 1-3 days. Cleaning is required every 30 days at a small fee to our clean team. There is one free parking space directly in front of the unit, and there are available visitor parking spots in the complex for up to 1 additional car.
